The Viagra/Sildenafil Headache : what to do

Picture the scene:

Tonight's your lucky night. The mood is great, you are both turned on and the sex is fantastic after your Sildenafil tablet taken earlier has relieved you from Erectile Dysfunction.

As you enjoy the moment and close your eyes ready to drift off to sleep in a stress free mood and happy, do you know what awaits you in the morning?

The Sildenafil Headache!!

Viagra and it's key ingredient Sildenafil does a fantastic job in helping your erection but one of it most common side effects is a headache.

I suffer almost every time with a headache when I take viagra. Whether it's 50mg, 100mg or 200mg the side effect of the headache is apparent but not in proportion, however I think reducing your dosage may help you.

Drinking alcohol whilst taking viagra seems to cause a worse headache for me. The combination of the medication headache and alcohol headache make it worse for me. However, keep reading to find out how I deal with the headache which makes this medicine worth taking!

How I deal with a Viagra Headache?

When I take Viagra/Sildenafil I make sure I drink a glass of water before sleeping to avoid dehydration worsening the headache.

Also, I take 2 Ibuprofen 200mg before sleeping to redice any swelling that could result in an headache.

Lastly, when I wake up I take 2 paracetamol 500mg to minimise the headache and again a glass of water for hydration.

* Ibuprofen and Paracetamol are my own methods of treatment please speak to your doctor before consuming *

The Erection is worth the headache!!

Let's just minimise it.

Hope this helps, let me know in the comments how you get on.
